Peps Wall ("Peps Wall", "we", "us", or "our") designs, prints and installs custom wall murals and wallpaper for homes in Dubai and the wider UAE. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website peps-wall.ae, our booking process, and our related services.

By using our website or booking a home visit with us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information we need to design, quote, produce and install your mural, and to run our business.

Information you give us directly

• Contact and booking details — your name, email address, phone number (including WhatsApp), home or project address, and the date and time of your requested home visit.
• Project details — the room, wall dimensions, the design or theme you are interested in, and any notes you share with us.
• Photos and design files you send us — for example, a photo of your wall, a reference image, or a design you would like recreated.
• My Little Hero photos — if you use our "My Little Hero" personalised service, you may upload a photo of your child so we can create a preview. See Section 4 for how we handle these photos.
• Payment information — when you make a payment, this is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details ourselves.

Information we collect automatically

• Device and usage data — such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you interact with our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and schedule your free home visit;
• take measurements, prepare designs, quotes and previews, and produce and install your mural;
• process payments and fulfil your order;
• contact you about your booking or order, including by email, phone and WhatsApp;
• provide customer support and handle any after-sales matters;
• measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising (see Section 5);
• keep records for accounting, tax and legal purposes; and
• prevent fraud and keep our services secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. My Little Hero photos — special handling

If you use our My Little Hero service, you may upload a photo of your child so we can create a personalised preview of them as the hero of a mural. We treat these photos with particular care:

• The photo is used only to generate your preview.
• We use it for that single purpose and then delete it. We do not keep your child's photo on file, add it to any library, or use it for advertising, training, or any other purpose.
• We never publish or share a customer's child's photo.

If you have any concern about a photo you have sent us, contact us at contact@peps-wall.com and we will confirm its deletion.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including tools provided by third parties, to make the site work, understand how it is used, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These include:

• Shopify — our website and store platform.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads — to understand website traffic and measure advertising performance.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel — to measure and improve our advertising and to show you relevant ads.
• Pinterest Tag — to measure the performance of content and advertising on Pinterest.

These tools may set cookies and collect information such as your device identifiers and the actions you take on our site. Some of this information may be shared with the relevant provider so that we can measure results. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through each provider's own settings and through the ad-choices tools they offer.

6. When we share your information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business, and only with parties who are required to protect it. This includes:

• Service providers who help us operate — for example our website platform (Shopify), payment provider, delivery and installation partners, and tools we use to manage bookings and communications.
• Advertising and analytics providers — Google, Meta and Pinterest, as described in Section 5, to measure and improve our marketing.
• Professional advisors and authorities — where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

7. International transfers

Some of the providers we use (for example our website, analytics and advertising platforms) may store or process data on servers located outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be protected in line with this policy.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it:

• Booking and order information — for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations.
• My Little Hero photos — deleted after your preview is generated, as described in Section 4.
• Website and advertising data — retained according to the settings and policies of the analytics and advertising tools we use.

When we no longer need your information, we delete it or anonymise it.

9. Your rights

You may:

• request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate;
• ask us to delete your personal information, where we are not required to keep it;
• object to or restrict certain uses of your information; and
• withdraw any consent you have given.

10. Children's privacy

Our products are designed for children's rooms, but our services are intended to be booked and paid for by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where a parent or guardian provides a child's photo for the My Little Hero service, we handle it as described in Section 4.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to it to those who need it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
